Country Club Village

in 1977 Country Club Village was under construction. They boasted providing a carefree, rural atmosphere with all the amenities of city living. Each unit featured sliding glass doors to a large redwood deck with stairs to the yard. Complete sound proofing between neighbors, custom built oak cabinets, a double garage and its own central air conditioning unit. All units were above the flood plain and had a view of the County Club. Only 20 units were to be built and the Condominium corporation would take care of all exterior maintenance, snow removal and grounds beautification.
