W.E.Seger was reappointed as the Barber Shop
Inspector. He resigned on January 5, 1945 and was replaced by Mr. Goodwin
Hensrud. Twenty were made in 1944. There were 38 licensed barber chairs
compared to 36 the year before. The barber shops pay $1.00 per year per chair.
The fees could be paid in four installments over the year.
